NEW CUSTOMERS to your business at the flick of a switch
How much is a new customer worth for you? This might sound like an odd question, but when you know exactly how much you are willing to pay for a new customer, earning money thru Google AdWords is quite easy.
Let’s make up an example.
The company Clever Services ink. has got a revenue of 100.000 divided into 100 customers. That gives each customer an average value of 10.000. Clever Services ink. has operating cost of 6000 per customer, making their profit 4000 per customer.
The question now is how much of their profit are they willing to use, to win a new customer. Clever Services choose to go for 20% of their profit. In other words, they are willing to spend 800 to win a new paying client.
Our job then, is quite clear. We need to gain new paying customers for Clever Services ink, thru Google AdWords for a maximum of 800 per paying customer. Reaching this goal means that it won’t matter how much money Clever Services spend, because they will always earn 3200 per 800 spent.
So how do we do that with Google AdWords?
To succeed with Google AdWords, it requires expertise and experience. We are a Google Partner with Authorization and Specialization for Search, Mobile, Display Advertising, Video Ads, and Google Shopping Ads.
Text ads are written by a former writer in the weekly “Leadership and Financial Report”, to provide the best possible starting point for the ads.
Then a startup budget is set up for Google to start the ads and gather data. After the ads have been operating for a little while, our own number-crushers join the project and work through all the numbers. By optimizing ads to be as cost-effective as possible, we gradually reduce the price you pay per new customer. We optimize month by month as data is collected.
What is your profit?
When you know that every single new customer will gain you a higher profit then the cost of gaining them, it doesn’t matter how much you spend. For every penny you spend, you earn more than what you put in to it.
Still, this doesn’t just magically happen. It takes a bit of time in the beginning to gather data, and this period might not make you a good profit. Optimizing Google Ads happens over time and is a gradual process. And when you have done it, you’ll be glad you did.
The best part of it all is that everything can be measured. If we don’t deliver you will se it at once, and we can’t hide.
Demanding for us, but safer for you.
